We have deployed a small release that includes much needed enhancements to the Mail module in THERMS. The goal of these enhancements is for Organizations to be able to rely more on [work related] communications via THERMS.
- Read receipt when a User reads a message
- Group Messaging and for multi-region Organizations Users can cross-region message
- Reply, Reply-All, Forward & Mark Unread
- New Mail in-app notification pop-up
