- What is considered a User Account?

An active User listed under you "Users" section of the app. You are not charged for inactive Users.
- What are my payment options?

Subscriptions are most commonly charged to a debit/credit card that is added to your account in the Subscription screen under Admin in your account. We can accommodate monthly paper check or annual billing upon request.
- When will I be billed?

Your first subscription charge will be 30 days after you register your account. The first 14 days are a trial period that you will not be charged for if you wish to cancel your account. Your monthly subscription is charged every 30 days thereafter.
- How are active Users and subscription pricing calculated?

Billing is calculated automatically based on the maximum amount of users your organization had during the billing period.
- Do I have to commit for a minimum amount of time?

We don't do subscription contracts, our billing is done month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like.
